I have Spybot and Ad-aware installed on my computer. I scan and update. It says that my computer does not have any spyware but only traking cookies. Does that mean i am still safe from spyware and do is still have spyware on my computer?

Every time I log in to my laptop I get a blue screen that's says "warning spyware detected on your computer install an anti virus or spyware remover to clean computer". What do I do?
